The most wonderful time of the year is getting even better: All month, Ambition’s Days of Delight will be introducing new features and spotlighting some of our best releases of 2025.

The first batch of features are all about fueling the frontline manager—the person responsible for juggling coaching, performance tracking, team morale, rep recognition, deal support, and so much more. These updates are designed to make your job (and your life) run a little more smoothly.

We’re kicking off Days of Delight with the launch of the new Ambition mobile app, a major new launch that makes the full power of Ambition available no matter where the day takes you.

Plus, get a closer look at snapshot agenda items for pipeline and metrics, as well as UI updates to session cards.

Read on for the first installment in our Days of Delight series.

Ambition Mobile App

Ambition mobile app

Now, Ambition goes where you go. The new mobile app makes everything from comprehensive coaching tools to real-time pipeline insights available in an intuitive app experience.

The app is designed to power revenue growth, enabling busy frontline managers and revenue leaders to:

  • Access real-time dashboards, scorecards, and leaderboards anywhere
  • Coach in the moment with on-the-go feedback tools and activity insights
  • Engage reps in contests and recognition directly from your smartphone

Best of all, the app is designed with the frontline manager in mind, so there’s no learning curve and no lost functionality. The features and layout mirror the Ambition interface you already know, so users can switch seamlessly between the desktop and app experiences without missing a beat.

Whether during field visits, pipeline reviews, or team huddles, the app allows managers to quickly check performance pace, identify who needs support, and recognize top performers in just a few taps.

Pipeline Snapshot Agenda Item

Pipeline snapshot agenda item

Ambition’s 1:1 agendas just got smarter. With the addition of the pipeline snapshot agenda item, inspections and accountability for individual reps’ pipelines are powered by and documented directly in the Ambition 1:1 agenda.

Before their recurring 1:1s, reps are prompted to add their pipeline snapshot based on a preconfigured pipeline view or template. When they join their 1:1 with their manager, the relevant info is already there in the agenda.

The pipeline snapshot is only available for 1:1 agendas; it cannot be used in group check-ins or templates created for a group.

Metric Snapshot Agenda Item

Accountability is the name of the game with this update. Now, metric accountability can be front and center in your 1:1, with flexibility across up to eight metrics and two timeframes.

In the 1:1 agenda, managers can choose to snapshot up to eight metrics across a single timeframe or one metric across two timeframes in a single agenda item.

The metric snapshot agenda item also includes the ability for the manager to reprocess a snapshot for situations when metric values were updated after the snapshot was taken or if the metric was deleted. Importantly, reps will not be notified when a snapshot is reprocessed. They will only be alerted if the manager adds or edits an agenda item on the specific occurrence.

Similar to the pipeline snapshot, the metric snapshot agenda item cannot be used in group check-ins or templates created for a group.

Session Card UI Updates

Session Card UI Updates

Our new session card layout makes it easier than ever for frontline managers to find check-ins based on type, rep, status, or pending activity.

This change updates the card views for check-ins, group check-ins, and action plans, and includes additions like the ability to highlight the number of action items and notes from each session.

This is just the beginning of Ambition’s Days of Delight! Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more exciting features and releases to have on your radar.
